For those who know me have an idea of what I have gone through both positive and negative.  I had lost weight from 442 lbs my lowest 260 lbs , however, my weight has fluctuated from 260 to now 306 lb's.  I have had back surgery in 09, even with the surgery I am still struggling with neuropathy, sciatica, stenosis. and I need strong pain meds to help me throughout the day.  I have put a spinal cord stimulator into my back to also help with the pain which goes down both legs and lower back.  I am creating this blog to help me stay accountable as well as to keep track of my progress.
My goals for this program is as follows:

  1. weight loss/goal 220 lbs
  2. strengthen core muscles
  3. tone up my whole body
  4. become more healthy
  5. help me to manage my chronic pain better
  6. rejuvenate my self-esteem
  7. become more active in my church callings as well as the community


I am writing this journey of mine to let others celebrate with me when I reach my goals and to encourage me when I am in a slump.
Being new to this kind of writing I apology now if there is any clerical errors in my blogs.  I am having my wonderful wife proofread before each post, however, she may not be able to get to every post.  If you do see an error please point it out to me so that I may learn as I go.
