My goals for this program is as follows:
- weight loss/goal 220 lbs
- strengthen core muscles
- tone up my whole body
- become more healthy
- help me to manage my chronic pain better
- rejuvenate my self-esteem
- become more active in my church callings as well as the community
I am writing this journey of mine to let others celebrate with me when I reach my goals and to encourage me when I am in a slump.
